1. A 25% deposit as confirmation will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full after the event.
2. Confirmation in terms of the package, add-ons and designs must be settled 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. We require our clients to send in their logos in high resolution with layout and design up to 2 revisions.
4. Cancellations greater than 30 days from the event will include a refund with an administration fee deduction of 300 HKD. Cancellations 30 days or less from the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Any request to alter the agreed booking date must be at least 14 days prior to the event. Any change of date is subject to the availability on the alternative date and receipt of a new booking contract.
6. If the operator uses the equipment for a period in excess of the agreed service period additional rental charges will be payable after the event.
7. Hire session is the period when iCapture are onsite, if you require us to be onsite longer than the event (including our normal set-up and take down period) then an idle time fee may be payable.
8. Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal operating areas.
9. If iCapture is unable to fulfill a booking for any reason beyond their control a full refund will be made.
10. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the premises can and will accommodate the booth. Any specific criteria the venue has for us being on site must be advised to us by the hirer not less than 14 days prior to the event. Other charges as venue permits, additional electric charge, and other miscellaneous are the expense of the client.
11. Set-up and dismantle of the booth are included in the quote.
12. At least 1 hour set-up time prior to the event and at least 1 hour take down after the event.
14. The booth requires a minimum floor area approximately 2 m x 2 m, in which to operate the booth, with main electricity supply comprising a single 13 amp power socket within the designated space.
15. Any loss or damages occurring to our equipment or the booth caused by theft, fire, flood, earthquake, accidental damage or as the result of misuse during a hire session by the hirer, their guests or other persons present at the venue will be reimbursed in full.
16. Our staff has the right to work in a safe environment, if in any time our staff feels harassed or intimidated by aggressive behavior we reserve the right to withdraw from the event. No refund issued.
17. All images remain the copyright of iCapture. iCapture reserves the right to use any and all images taken on an event for marketing and other promotional activities involving both digital, web and printed material. At no time during this will iCapture disclose identities of individuals therein.
